One of my best friends, Keegan, is in town for a week! Soon he’ll be going to Seminary in Portland and I’m so very proud :) While he’s in town I decided to make him a home cooked meal! Chicken wienerschnitzel with mashed potatoes, salad with a balsamic vinaigrette, and to bring out the flavor even more, stella rosa which is my absolute favorite sparkling red wine.

Hello friday night
Christy and I are hitting up the Hollywood Bowl on Aug 6th to see this outstanding play. I’ve been a fan since it hit Broadway in 1996. Tragedy, heartbreak, love, and miracles all wrapped up in one spectacular musical. Can’t wait!
